  • Put on cotton sock or stockinette stocking. Cotton socks or surgical stockinette must be worn under the CompreFit for skin protection and ventilation. To reduce odor and bacteria, silver stockinette is recommend.
  • Open the strap closest to the ankle.
  • Center the back strap of the CompreFit with the back of the leg.
  • Beginning with the strap near the ankle, remove the straps from the StrapKeeperā„¢ and insert the strap through the slot that offers the best fit (make sure there is at least 1" of loop to attach the Velcro hook).
  • Gently pull the strap until the desired compression is achieved (consult your physician or therapist). You may need to angle the strap up or down slightly to achieve the best fit.
  • Press the hook ends against the loop on the straps to engage Velcro closure.
  • Continue connecting straps successively from the bottom to the top of the garment in an overlapping fashion. If the straps are too long, see trim adjustments instructions.
  • To readjust compression, loosen each strap from top to bottom. Re-tighten straps working from bottom to top.
  • When removing the garment, fold the Velcro straps over against the StrapKeeper to prevent from getting tangled.
